I am seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Paralegal for a hybrid role in Washington, DC. This individual will work closely with attorneys and clients on complex estate and trust administration matters. Reach out today to learn more.

Background:

  • 3+ years' of experience as a trust and estate paralegal
  • Prepare probate fililngs including petitions for probate, inventories and tax returns
  • Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns
  • Ability to draft basic estate planning and trust-related documents
  • Bachelor degree is required, Paralegal Certificate is a plus
